ACMA Compliance

Cyber Security Commitment

Dallas Delta Corporation is committed to meeting ACMA's cyber security requirements for telecommunications equipment. Our products are designed with security in mind and receive ongoing firmware updates to address emerging threats.

Firmware Security Updates

All VoIP and 4G products receive regular firmware security patches in compliance with ACMA's cyber security framework. Critical vulnerabilities are patched within 30 days of disclosure.

Default Password Policy

All Dallas Delta products ship with unique default credentials per unit. Users are prompted to change passwords on first login. No products use universal or blank default passwords.

End-of-Life Disclosure

We provide a minimum of 12 months' notice before ending security support for any product. End-of-life dates are published on this page and communicated to registered customers.

Vulnerability Reporting

Security vulnerabilities can be reported to [email protected]. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and aim to provide fixes or mitigations within 90 days.
