All firmware and security updates are documented and published via our VoIP Compliance & Security Lifecycle page. Critical updates will be communicated to registered customers and are intended to maintain product security and functionality throughout the 10-year support period.

Not all updates are feature upgrades. Updates are released based on operational and security requirements.

Security Updates

Security updates are firmware releases that address confirmed vulnerabilities. Security updates are available only within the published firmware support period for each product model.

End of Support

  • No further firmware updates will be released
  • Security updates will no longer be provided
  • Devices may continue operating, but upgrade planning is recommended
